How to set feedrates for different extruders.

So right now I have an Ultimaker 2 with a Discov3ry Paste Extruder and a regular heated extruder from the Ultimaker 2 working at the same time. However I need to set the feedrates at different speeds, because if i put the command "M92 E15000" into the start G-code it will set that feedrate for both extruders, which is problematic for the heated extruder. Does anyone know how to set individual feedrates for each extruder?

I am using Repetier Host V1.0.6 with my Ultimaker 2.

The value is a bit weird... M92 sets the steps per mm AFAIK.

I'm afraid that Marlin ist not prepared to control more than one extruder at the same time. It supports only one active extruder at a time. How did you achieved this?

If i get you wrong, and the extruders are used successively - the right place for this command would be the toolchange sequence (right after "T0" resp. "T1").

But to be honest: i never used Repetier Host...?

It would be nice to also have 2 PIDs on marlin. The idea of both extruders/hotends to be a mirror limits the growth possibilities
