Changing speeds and quality at different times of the print

Hello everyone, another question!

I am going to need to be able to change the quality of different parts of an object at different times of the print. How do i go about this? if there are any good youtube videos or topics on the forum that explains how in the simplest way as i am a complete newbie and don't know a lot about 3d printing. Any help will be great and i'll really appreciate it!

If you need yo make complex process where speed and layer height change you might want to wait to cura to evolve or buy simplify3d. But that won't be click/print the learning curve means a lot of material wasted
