Interesting as I am now having the same problem , though it is caused by using the official heated bed upgrade. It was working fine before as a standard UM, so installed the bed upgraded the firmware to HBK 250000.hex and now I get double height prints. Similar thing if I move Z by 10mm in pronteface I get 20mm b]So is that stepper of software??

try to upload the orginal firmware (without heated bed) via CURA and tell us if the problem persists (if, it is not related to the firmware). Please also create a new thread for your problem, i will try to help you tomorrow ;)

I had same problem with my printer.

It turned out to be the belt.

I was messing around with the belt and i accidentally had it go over the edge of the spool which changed its turn radius/steps what ever you call it.

My models were stretched in Y axis caz thats where i was messing with the belt.

    Check yours.
