The Tip is always deformed. Is that normal?

looks like it is stretching as you pull

try and let it cool down a bit more then pull.

what temp are you pulling at? i pull at 70deg for pla

It should have a nice internal nozzle shape like the picture in THIS guide.

Either you pull at a too hot temp or too slowly, the cold pull must be done quickly with a firm pull

Thanks for the answers. I only use PLA and I pull it at 90 degeree but i might pull it too slow. I will try it faster :)

The "bubbles" you see at the side of the plug can also be because material is oozing as you're waiting for the nozzle to cool down. I usually keep a slight bit of pressure on the filament during the cool down so that the chamber remains full until the material is no longer oozing out.
