Try printing slower, with that layerheight+nozzle size+temp your speed is just to high. Keep infill speed and print speed about the same. Assuming your on a default Ultimaker hot-end you probably don't want to go much hotter.

Funnile enough, I had the same thing happen to me today; 1st time ever I had set the infill % so low, 10%.
As an aside, make your wall thickness a multiple of your nozzle size, i.e. 1.2 not 1.0
