Hallo Zusammen

Ich suche für den Ultimaker 2+ ein Ersatzteil, und zwar den Isolator oder wie man das Teil auch nennt.

Ich habe bloss das gefunden:

Da steht aber, dass der nur mit dem Ultimaker 2 kompatibel.

Deswegen ist die Frage ob der auch in den 2+ passt oder ob ich da einen Anderen brauche.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

    Hi,

    das Teil ist kompatibel aber das Material hat sich in den letzten Revisionen geändert. Wenn möglich, frage bei deinem Händler nach (ok wenn das Reichelt ist, dann hast du das ja bereits). Ansonsten kann dir bestimmt @dim3nsioneer weiter helfen. Du solltest darauf achten dass der "coupler" aus TFM besteht.

    Na klar, kann ich... @zpm3atlantis: Google doch mal 'TFT Isolator'... ;)

    TFT ist wie TFM ein verbessertes PTFE-Material für den Coupler... TFM ist von Ultimaker, TFT von 3dSolex...

    Wenn man in der Schweiz 'TFT Isolator' googelt, sollte man in dieser Hinsicht fündig werden...

    Ich will ja nicht die Hausregeln mit Eigenwerbung brechen; sonst bekomme ich es noch mit dem Deutschen Moderator zu tun ... :)

    Das Rote Logo kommt mir doch bekannt vor ;)

    Aber sehr interessant es ist in der Schweiz mal was günstiger als in Deutschland (Technik ausgenommen).

    Ich würde dann gerne noch eine Frage anhängen. Nämlich wie lange hält denn der verbesserte Isolator, ich habe überall gelesen durchschnittlich 500h. Aber ich denke das ist der alte. Mein Drucker hat jetzt 700h Betriebszeit und deswegen habe ich gedacht ich sollte mich mal nach einem Ersatzteil umsehen, nicht dass ich dann so lange warten muss.

    Den Ultimaker 2+ habe ich übrigens von Digitec und die haben dieses Teil nicht.

    Die Lebensdauer hängt natürlich stark vom gedruckten Material bzw. der verwendeten Temperatur ab. PLA bei 210°C interessiert TFM/TFT Coupler nicht. Da bekommst Du höchstens Abrieb, wenn Du Woodfill o.ä. druckst.

    ABS oder gar PC fordern 250-260°C. Da ist dann auch die Grenze der neuen Isolatoren alleine erreicht. Danach gibt's nur noch den Trick mit dem I2K-Coupler, der unter den TFT gelegt mit diesem zusammen (nennt sich dann TF2K-Coupler) Dauerbetrieb bei 300°C ermöglicht (nach einem Eingriff in die Firmware oder Verwendung der Tinkergnome-Firmware). Oder auf ein All-Metall-Hotend wechseln (Bastelstunde).

    Wie erkenne ich eigentlich, ob das ein alter oder neuer TFT Coupler ist? Gibts da Unterschiede in der Optik?

    Du meinst wahrscheinlich den Unterschied zwischen einem alten DupTef-Isolator und dem TFT, oder? Beim TFT läuft im dicken Teil eine Rille rundherum.

    Ahh Ok

    Da ich nur mit PLA drucke muss ich mit da ja dann doch keine Sorgen machen. Werde mir aber trotztem mal ein Ersatzteil bestellen. Denn später will ich auch mal mit dem Wood Material drucken.

    das kann man so glaube ich nicht sagen, den die neuen von UM sind nicht gerillt.

    Gerillt sind nur die von 3dSolex.

    Mann kann es aber erkennen weil das neue Material etwas dursichtiger ist, Transparenter.

    @zerspaner_gerd: Die von Ultimaker sind aus TFM, die von 3dSolex aus TFT. Die Frage war nach dem TFT... kann man also so sagen... ;)

    Aber Du hast natürlich Recht mit dem etwas durchsichtigeren Material. Das haben TFT und TFM gemeinsam.

        Here it is. The new UltiMaker S7

        The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
         
         
        So what’s new?
        The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
         
        The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
         
        The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.
         

         
        The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
        Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more
