A Differnet approach to cooling fans

My Fans are getting extremely Noisy, and I did read on the forum some where, about a different fan approach, but cant find it. Can someone point me to the topic ??? lame I know but searched cant find it.

I have a crossflow setup that was initiated by @foehnsturm as per his post above... It ís not exactly silent either.... Works great though
