Software Issue WIndows 7 Please help

Hello everyone I installed all versions of Cura on my windows 7 and keep getting the following errroooorrrrrrr!!! lol. Any help or solutions would greatly appreciated. TIA attached is a screen shot.

Make sure you have the latest Intel videocard drivers, also try the ones from the Intel site.

I get those and others... I've tried 2.7 and 3 and have installed and uninstalled

both several times.... Ran an update on all hardware and everything is up to date!

Have also updated 3 times on Windows.
