Nice. Thanks for the reply, I couldn't find any documentation, but I realized the large hole fit around an axle and thought it couldn't be a coincidence. Thanks again.

    Be glad you have them. Back when I got my printer we had to make due with scrap pieces to try and do the same job, it was a pain in the arse to say the least. Coincidentally I just modelled and printed out a similar looking thing just yesterday :)

    I just re-calibrated using this and it was tremendously easier, so thanks a ton for that. Ultimaker needs to give themselves some credit and update the directions.

    I too was wondering what this was as it was included in my kit. I figured it was to calibrate the axes, but need a better explanation as to how. Does anyone have a set procedure they can post for reference? Thank you.

    Thanks Owen! I've gone through this wiki but did not look at the "red cross" axis calibration pic close enough to get the general idea. It just hit me like a ton bricks. :shock:
