SOLVED cura 3 on windows 10

loaded cura 3 on my windows 10 laptop, the drop down menus don't appear, but if you click on where the drop down should appear you get it but otherwise invisible, this was also the same issue on previous version of cura on windows 10, but on my other laptop works fine with xp, also noticed that the menu's don't work well eg. for add printer, I cannot enable the radio buttons to select the printer, however noticed that there is a substantially offset to use, so definitely something regarding the way windows 10 displays cura, tried the compatibility settings, but no luck or I have not found the right combination, any ideas ?, thanks, Dhesan

You have to either upgrade or downgrade the drivers for your Intel GPU.

thanks, worked through the updates from intel and installed using the "Driver Update" section, as before the OS was not allowing due to manufacturer settings, it worked!!!

FYI - used the win64_154702.4815 version, which is release 10/10/2017.
