UM3 - machine bricked after flashing firmware

Hi guys,

We flashed our UM3 with the latest firmware, and it won't finish boot up process. Could anyone help?

crap, i posted a long reply here and it's gone. sigh.

anyway, contact your resller, they have a UM3 recovery image with instructions.

also, why is the little knob gone?

If possible, can you insert a USB stick?

If an error occurs the chances are good the logs might be dumped onto the stick.

If you wouldn't mind sending these to us, using wetransfer, we can hopefully analyze what goes wrong.
