Hallo Bildstein,
wenn du das Problem an einem Ultimaker hast, würde ich folgendes vorschlagen:
Mach den Schlauch durch das das Filament geführt wird oben am Extruder weg.
Dann einen Filamenttausch starten.
Wenn du hörst das das Filament zurückgezogen werden soll, versuche mit den Fingern das Filament nach hinten zu schieben.
Denke das nicht viel fehlt bis die Transporteinheit das Filament wieder zu packen bekommt und es dann wieder selber zurück zieht.
