Weird travel path

Hi there, 

i have an issue with Cura, and thought maybe someone know a workaround.
If you look at my screenshot, you can see that despite the fact that combing is activated, Cura is making the head travel out of the print. the weirdest part its that it is not the shortest path, the head is making a long U path, leaving unpleasant blob on the surface of my print. 
Do you guys also have the issue? Do you know which settings i can try for that?

Combing (no-retract travel moves) does not cross the air boundaries between parts. In your image above, there are two parts (a part as far as Cura is concerned is a region that is surrounded by air). So it will do a retraction in the above travel move. Do you have z-hop enabled? If not, perhaps enabling z-hop will make the travel occur in a straight line.

Looks like the option "Avoid printed parts when traveling". It's in the "Travel" section of the settings, you can also specify the distance to the part.
But you have to make these settings visible first like described in the manual.

@tinkergnome, it was indeed that parameter. unchecking the box fixed it.
