Try with 'Support Roof Line Distance' at a small value like 0.01. Since it's smaller than your printing profile, it should have virtually the same effect as having a 0 distance.

That's a parameter called 'Support Z Distance', if I'm not mistaken. You can set it to 0 to have the Breakaway and TPU stick together, check in layer view to make sure. However, be warned that this may make it extremely difficult to remove the Breakaway without damaging the TPU, since they'll bond quite tightly.
