Yes, I suspect that your new orientation is making part of the object stuck up above the gantry height, so Cura gives up and prints them in parallel.

Thanks guys. With the rotation, the z on the one part was 66.
I should have been able to figure that one out on my own. Darn sleep deprivation.

Go to "file" "preferences". Set the 5 variables in the bottom left to the recommended settings.
If gantry is 0 (or smaller than your object) it will print them all at the same time (parallel) so that is the most critical dimension. Just hover over each one and type in the default values for ultimaker.
