Hi,

When I try to sign in to the plugin the browser window does not open.

when running Cura from terminal I get the following error:

mkdir: symbol lookup error: mkdir: undefined symbol: mode_to_security_class
/usr/bin/google-chrome-stable: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpangoft2-1.0.so.0: undefined symbol: FcWeightToOpenType

I am using ubuntu 18 and chrome.

Please advise.

I am having the same problem with Ubuntu 18 and Firefox ... when I click on Extensions-Manage Backups I get a window where I can click on 'sign in' and nothing happens. I got too much time invested in custom profiles to try and bring those over manually so Cura 3.5 is not happening at the moment ?

You can run them side-by-side. If 3.5 is not working out for you, you can switch back to 3.4. Cura 3.5 does not change your Cura 3.4 configuration, it just makes a copy of it (and upgrades that copy).

Thanks. Yes, that is what I am doing. I did not 'upgrade' though but simply install the new version in addition to the old version.
