ok, ja ich hatte ja auch in die flexible buildtak gedacht, das ich die klebe folie schonmal hatte und haftung war genial....
nur war auf dem unflexiblen glass, die ablösung ein großes problem...
die deine ziflex kostet ja nur die hälfte...

Hallo!
Nachdem ich bei meinem UM2+ eine unebene Glasplatte geliefert bekommen hatte, habe ich mich parallel nach Alternativen schlau gemacht. Vor allem weil ich immer wieder mit nicht haftenden Drucken zu kämpfen hatte. Da rmgeschmiere mit UHU oder Haarspray / UV-Lack wollte ich mir nicht antun!
Ich bin beim stöbern durchs Internet auf UV-beständige FR4 GFK / Epoxy - Platten aufmerksam geworden. Habe mir beim Glaser um die Ecke ordentliches Glas (3 mm stark) zuschneiden lassen und die GFK Platten dann darauf mit 3M 467MP Klebstoff-Film verklebt. Glaser als auch GFK Lieferant haben mir versichert, das Temperaturen bis 150° kein Problem darstellen sollten.
Die Drucke halten sau gut! Und wenn die Platte wieder abgekühlt ist, geht der Druck fast von alleine ab. ich bin vollstens zufrieden mit dieser Lösung. Muss aber dazu sagen das ich ausser PLA und ColorFabb NexGen noch nichts anderes gedruckt habe.

The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
So what’s new?
The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.
The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more

Ich würde zur original Glasplatte greifen, auch wenn es "Glas" wahrscheinlich auch günstiger irgendwo gibt, aber du weiß nie ob das günstige Glas auch wirklich eben ist und das kann mehr Probleme bereiten als du dir ersparst.
Buildtak würde ich nicht nehmen, das kann zwar helfen wenn du ABS druckst, aber PLA geht dann schon sehr schwer wieder runter von der Buildtak Platte/Folie.
Ich bin ein Fan von Glas, darauf haftet mit diversen Hilfsmitteln wirklich alles und du bis flexibel. PLA etc. drucke ich mich einer dünnen Schicht Uhu Stick, für PETG verwende ich Dimafix oder 3DLac Spray und für ABS/ASA nehme ich die von dir genannten Adhesion Sheets. (aber wirklich nur dafür, denn ein PLA Teil bekommst du zerstörungsfrei nicht mehr runter von den Sheets)
