Capacitive Leveling sensor board and cable

Hello! My printer cable of capacitive leveling sensor has some plastic that has melted and has disconnected from the sensor and one of the contact springs also came off the PCB board. I'm now looking for a replacement of the wires and maybe board as well or I could even solder.

 

Any recommendations or leads?
