S5 stuck with firmware update

Hi there,

 

Yesterday the printed prompted me about the firmware update. I started it and today it is still "updating". It got stuck. Attached a picture showing it.

 

What can I do?

At this time (>30 minutes) it is pretty safe to repower the printer and repeat the update.

I had the same problem, reboot in force then it is necessary to go in maitenance then update ...

I have the same problem too. One hour so far. I’m going to leave it overnight

Just turn it off and back on, i found when i try to up date via the pop up that it hangs so always better to do it via the menu's

So it was still like it this morning.

 

OFF and ON seems to get it going again, though this is the one thing it says on the screen NOT to do!!
