Most likely a memory issue where it can't handle your quantity of triangles in the STL file. Do you know how many triangles there are? 100,000 triangles are enough for almost anything the printer can do but surely a million are plenty. Sometimes models have many more. Anyway you can see how many triangles(faces) there are using this technique and you can reduce the quantity without affecting the print much:
