PVA Not Extruding

I'm using an Ultimaker S5 with Tough PLA and Natural PVA (Both Ultimaker brand filaments), and I'm encountering an issue where the BB printer head isn't extruding PVA. It will print the PVA on the 'Printer Test' model that comes on the thumb drive from Ultimaker, but when I try to add supports to one of my models, nothing prints out. The printer head makes the path it needs to for printing the PVA, and I can see the supports on my model preview in 'CURA'.

 

And just an FYI, I've been trying to troubleshoot this in many ways, initially thinking the printer head was blocked. I did the Cold Pull/Hot Pull (With Ultimaker Cleaning Filament), re-fed the PVA through the feeder, lessened the tension on the feeder, and made sure the PVA was still good (I see that PVA can go bad in humidity. This material is new and in an environmentally controlled room).

 

The 'Printer Test' model printing fine makes me think this is a settings issue. Any ideas?

Please save your project in Cura and upload it here, then we have all your settings to check.

Under ‘Generate Supports” be sure to have “Extruder 2” selected as the extruder to print supports.

 

Also be sure that the top bar shows both filaments as being loaded.

I was having the same exact issue. I went ahead and increased the print head temp from 225 to 229 and it extruded.
