Dear All,

Does anyone know how to save printing parameters in CURA and then print out as e.g. pdf? Is there a way to create report in CURA (e.g. as pdf report) with all parameters selected for the 3D printing?

Many thanks indeed.

Sam

Can I ask what the purpose of that would be? You can save out project files from Cura, this will contain 3D models as well as print parameters if you want to share this information with others. You can open a 3mf as an archive as well, and then see specific setting information in a plain text format. This text could be output into a pdf somehow. But nothing exists for that yet to my knowledge.

came across this and adding in:

report generation is important for us working in regulated industries. a Build report is recommended for meeting DIN SPEC 17071  requirements.

Would be nice if Ultimaker could add this. Magics has a feature example here

    Hello @WillyJo,

Do I understand correctly that you just want to be able to get the settings in the profiles in Cura?

Someone made a plugin for this. Can you try this Cura plugin?

    https://marketplace.ultimaker.com/app/cura/plugins/5axes/ImportExportProfiles

It creates a CSV file that shows all of the parameters you used to slice.

Is this something you're looking for?
