hi, im using the ender 3, the texture start printing ok for 2 layers after the initial layer, and after that it starts touching the printed parts and ruining the texture. been trying it for 1 week modifying all the pattern, some of those improve it like make overhangs printable and turning off the optimizing option, but im lost.

Is the top photo showing the top layer?  Is the part supposed to be

    a) solid or is it supposed  to be

    b) have interesting geometric holes on top

    ??

If A then this is called "pillowing" and is solved with better cooling (more fan) but if that's not an option for you then you can also just print a bit slower (try half speed) and also add more top layers.

You didn't answer A or B to my question.  I tried to make it easy.  I can't answer your newer question until you answer mine.

New question: what is "5 speed"?

Oh yeah.  We call that pillowing.  You need more cooling or slow down or more top layers.  Or a combination of all 3.

google for pillowing and 3d printing and you'll see other examples and discussion.
