Just updated to Cura 4.6.1 and there is no Abort button any more, had to abort a print 3 times already today so had to go to printer in another building.

Not happy with this "update" is it possible to go back to previous ( i made the mistake of removing previous version during update) guess i will have to

do system restore on my computer.

Help please.

Previously i had version 3.3 and version 4.0 mostly used version 3.3 as it was more reliable. unfortunately i allowed both to be removed during this install.

Brilliant, thank you that will save a lot of hassle.

BTW, I am pretty sure there is an Abort button, but it may be a little hidden away. One way is to check the webpage of your printer (but I am sure there is a similar button in Cura):

The digital factory do not have abort (anymore!). How can we abort remotely?

Yeah I don't see the abort button anymore. I'm running a print job and the filament is caught on itself and not extruding plastic.

No remote abort is really a partystopper for the great remotecontrol possibilities of digital factrory.

If anything is needed its the abort.

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
