Posted · Crazy behavior after first layer.

You need to calibrate the lift switch.  Go to the maintenance menu and run the lift switch calibration procedure.  It takes about 30 seconds to do this procedure.  Very simple.

 

UM has a document to describe it but really you don't need to read it:

    I actually figured it out. The metal clip back at back right side was bent up and the head would go over and hit when it got over to the corner after first layer. 
    very bizzare. After I bend clip back down out of the way it worked but then I had issues with nozzle being too close to glass. Active leveling had to be disabled and I had to manually level and after working on it all day. Finally got everything working again!
