Since we launched Essentials we're now only making .msi builds for that.
The reasoning behind this is .msi installs are mostly useful for companies, and we want them to use Essentials.
We'll also need to get all the builds signed which can take extra time.
For what reason do you need the .msi? Perhaps there's something we can do.

Cura 4.6.2 is not Cura Enterprise. I think it is just an oversight that the 4.6.2 release misses an msi.
I don't think the exe installer is "bad". It has some features that are (were?) lacking in the msi installer (such as confirm to remove the settings and profiles).
