So, I wanted to print this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3364860

But when I start slicing the HairSpring or the MainSpring files (the MainSpring is rotated incorrectly, so you have to turn the objet upside down), it gets stuck half way through the slicing process progress bar. However, when I rotate the spring 90° or 180°, so it uses supports, it slices it in less than 10 seconds. I have no idea where is this problem comming from. I encountered this in Cura 4.6 and updated to 4.6.2, hoping it would make a difference, but it didn't. I have no idea what's wrong with it. I reckon it has something to do with the spiral geometry of the model. I likely can get around this by using Slic3r, but if anyone finds out what the problem is, that'd be great. Thanks.

Edit: just noticed that if I make the spiral not touch the build plate, it works just fine, but raft doesn't work, you must lift it manually so it fills the gap in with supports. Still got no idea what's the problem tho.
