Isn't a brim part of a print? Switch off the brim if you don't want to print it. Keep in mind, that a non printable area is there because there is something i8n this area you definitely not want to travel / print with a nozzle like a clamps for the bed or screw heads or what ever else.
You can change or redefine your printer definition file if you don't want this in general very useful feature. Look for nozzle_disallowed_areas.
