Top surface layer missing

Hello, I came up with the following issue. My top layer is missing. Instead of a layer, I can see the infill that is below that. I'm using cura 4.8 and when I slice, in the preview, I can see the layer, but when I reload the gcode file the top layer is missing in the preview. Is there a bug in cura 4.8 or should I pick different settings? I attach photographs from two prints, what I see in cura after I reload the gcode file and how they came up. Thank you in advance.

One possible explanation is the layer height is not matching with your model.

You are able to verify this:

Check how much layers you have and then look at your layer height settings, make the math and compare this with the real height of your model. Don't forget your first layer height - it is usually different to the normal layer height.

(Count of layers-1)*layer height + initial layer height

Unfortunately this is no the problem. It seems that it messes up the top layer before starting printing the top graphics. I don't know if I'm telling it correct. I tried to print it with different layer height and line width but it didn't came up well.
