Hi.

I have tried to print this Lancaster Bomber 3 times. I have tried to repair it through Blender.

I have tried changing the orientation on the build plate, always get the same result.

The prepare view looks OK I think. It says its not manifold though.

Any advice would be very much appreciated as this is supposed to go on top of a birthday cake for  70 year old.

Many thanks

H

It looks you are using Windows 10. Load each stl-file once in "3D Builder", confirm the repair operation and save the repaired file. That's the easiest way to repair such models.
(I think, 3D Builder is pre-installed or is at least available for free in the Microsoft Store)

Is it this model?
