Posted · Cura will not open in Windows `10.

I cannot get Cura to open on my laptop. I have tried the two most recent versions, updated windows and all drivers. Any suggestions?

    there is no log file. The program will start loading and crashes when it gets to "Loading UI". I have updated everything in the computer and downloaded and installed Cura 4.8 and Cura 4.7 multiple times. Neither get past the point above.

    Are you sure no log file?  It should create the log file before the user interface appears.  Maybe the folder where the log file is supposed to go is write protected?  Is your home folder on a network drive (very unusual but I've seen it before at certain companies!).
