Printer crashed model which was printed

During the printing of the model, the printer destroys the model I tried twice and twice the model looked the same as if the head hit the side of the printed model
It look like this below on left side, but should look like this below on right side:

Could you be a bit more specific where did the head hit your model?

Did you see anything in the preview tab before you started printing? Could you also share your project file? (file - save project)
