Wifi settings grayed out

Just bought Ultimaker S5 pro bundle from UAE reseller but the wifi settings are not accessible, the "start wifi setup" option is grayed out, it can not be selected.
I have factory reset my printer multiple times, have updated firmware front stable (6.2.1) to lastest (6.5.0) but still the same issue. I can not select the wifi setup on boot up as well as through network settings.

Sorry to hear that you have problems with a brand new printer. 

Please contact your reseller to solve the problem, I think the reason is a hardware problem.

My reseller told me to launch a complain with ultimaker.

I want the solve this problem urgently.

Yes already launched the complain, they me a ticket number but no response from Ultimaker while my UAE reseller tells me to follow the protocol and launch complain with ultimaker than Ultimaker will forward my complain to the reseller.

Yes that's the normal procedure as far as I know. Hardware related issues will be forwarded to the local reseller, that the customer gets a fast local support, in case you have to bring or send it for repair.
