Ultimaker Network Requirements

Hi,

 

I am trying to access the article below. I was able to access it a few days ago but now it says "Oops, You're not authorized to access this page."

I need the contents of the article so I can work with my IT to hook up our new printers to our network. How do I go about resolving this?

I tried it also.  I had to log in.  Then it gave me the same message you got.

Hi @bsumners, thank you for your message. Do you still get that error message? I seem to be able to access it now freely. I think the page was taken down for a few moments for some editing work by the product experts, it says 'Last updated on Today at 08:41'. But it seems like it is back online now, do you share this experience? Thanks!

It's working for me now also.
