I've been having some issues printing the scaffold support material and it not adhering to my PLA prints. After reading through some forum posts I have adjusted my temp, speed, and density and am running a test print with lots of support to see where the support is running into problems. I took this picture mid way through the print. Tt looks like 3 of the 4 sections of support are printing properly but it is failing the the front section. any ideas what the issue could be?

Hi @JuliaReed15, thank you for your post. I think you have created the print profile for it yourself, right? Are you also using BB print cores for the scaffold support material? I read on the E3D website it is also water soluble. Is the grey part suppose to look identical to the top part? By the way the materials connect on top of the brim etc, the adhesion looks fine?

yes I am using BB print cores for the support. this test print seemed to do a bit better with the adhesion but the inner triangles of the support in the bottoms section never built correctly in that center bottom section. when I ran a print with raft so it would prevent cupping at the corners of a large print I was running that had a lot of support none of the scaffold would stick to the PLA. It just balled up on the nozzle. After that  I ran this smaller print to see if I could Identify the problem. Other than increasing the temperature for the scaffold to 215C (it was previously set to 210C) do you have any ideas as to what settings to change to help the scaffold adhere to PLA better?
