Cannot add cloud printer

Cannot add a cloud printer in Cura. The window is stuck at the Waiting for Cloud response phase forever:

The printer is shown online in the Digital Factory. The printer responds to the Maintenance->Identify ping.

Cura log attached.

Okay, will report the issue there.

When I launch Cura, the account update timestamp is the time of the launch:

Clicking Check for account updates gives:

The Add a Cloud printer dialog is still stuck in the Waiting for Cloud response phase though.

I have the same problem. One of my cloud printers (S3)  are missing in Cura 4.11.0.

Two printers (S5 and S3) visible in Digital factory, Cura 4.10.0 and Cura Arachne beta from the same computer. I don't think its about firewall or antivirus.

It is time to create an issue on Github. Do you want to take the credits @lukask or should I write the issue?
