You don't need to create 3 nozzles. You can do this with either "per object settings" or "mesh modifiers". You can google about both features. You need separate STL files for each area you want to have different infill and then you can either just click on each one and do "per object settings" and set the infill direction of you can have the meshes overlap where the largest mesh is the actual part and the smaller STL files (called meshes) modify the infill pattern (this is what I did below but it sounds like you can do per object settings since it sounds like you already have multiple STL files).
