Z-axis changes while printing

Hello all experts!

I'm using a S5. I found that the Z-axis is changing while printing. This may be due to the auto bed leveling function. Before all printings, it always perform a matrix of point height and usually the thickness of glue that we use is not unique so it does an offset if needed.

But this cause a problem. The first layer thickness is not uniform randomly (attached pictures). This only matter when printing big parts.

Please anyone can help me this case.

It looks like you're having the problem in the same area of the build surface..   just a suggestion:  try making a small test part and place it in Cura right in the area where you're having the problem.  That'll help find the root cause.

    Hi JTMD,

But the location of problem is random as you can see in the 2 pictures.

I will find another glass bed.

it's not *exactly* random..  mine was the same way..  not always exactly in the same spot but usually in the same general area.   No problems after the glass change.
