How to refresh Cura when CAD model is updated?

Hey community!

 

I have a design that I have sliced in Cura but realized the CAD model needs a few litte holes added, how do I bring in a new CAD model that is basically the same thing and have it use all the same settings, support blocker and optimization?

if I remembered correctly, when you update the stl file, a notification will appear saying the model file has been updated and a button to update the model in cura

If what @NomakeR says is not working for you, you can try the Mesh Tools plugin. It adds functionality to reload/replace individual models "in place".
