Calibration Cube Z side not printing.

Hi,

 

 I am currently using an Ender 3 Max and Ultimaker Cura 4.12.1 to slice a calibration cube linked below:

My problem is the top is not printing. I printed it again and watched the end and it just finishes at a corner of the wall then ends the print. It does not even seem to try to print the top. I am assuming it is some print setting I have setup for my printer in Cura but I am not sure which setting would keep it from printing that last layer. 

 

Any Ideas?

Hard to say when we don't know your settings, but use a default profile without changing anything there and it should work.

Unclick "Spiralize Outer Contour" in print settings. That solved the problem for me.
