Posted · Nauwkeurigheid van horizontale gaten

Voor het printen van voorwerpen en vertikale gaten (loodrecht op de glasplaat) heb ik gebruik gemaakt van compensaties in de Horizontal Expansion en de Hole Horizontal Expansion setting om de print exact (tol. +/- 0.05mm) op maat te krijgen in vergelijking met mijnTinkerCAD model. Tot zover alles OK.

 

Nu heb ik in een ontwerp een horizontaal gat (parallel aan de glasplaat), dit gat is in de hoogte (Z-as) exact op maat.

In de X- of Y-richting is het gat echter te klein. Het lijkt erop dat hier niet de Hole Horizontal Expansion op wordt toegepast.

Nu moet ik deze afwijking compenseren in mijn model en dat is niet zo fijn..

Heeft iemand hier een oplossing voor?

    Nee je geeft de oplossing zelf al compenseren in je model of je model draaien zodat het gat weer horizontaal is.

    het ergste is nog dat hoeveel je moet compenseren ook weer samenhangt met welk filament je print. 

    De andere optie is na bewerken even met een ruimer door het gat of met een vijl.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
