Printer keeps going into recovery

I just purchased a Longer LK5 Pro.  Brand new to 3d printing, although I have printed 8 objects at the local library.  No problems at all at the library.  But with this Longer, it keeps giving an error.  'Recovery Printing - Job is not done.  Do you want to recover this printing?'.   It threw this error 5 times during a print that finally bombed at 14 hours.  Reason being, the extruder seems to 'recover' too low, and hits the object, eventually breaking it free from the bed.

I have checked all the fasteners and rollers.  Everything seems dead-on.  Wire connectors have all been unplugged/replugged.  Bed is leveled before each print.  Bed temp is set to 70; Nozzle temp to 210.

Any ideas why this error might be coming up?  Anything I can do in Cura to help prevent it?  I'm about ready to send this printer back.  😞

I think you are right.  I started a print last night at 9:00.  It finally printed through the night with no error.  But this is what I woke up to.  There is supposed to be one object in the middle.  It was mangled.  Looks like the printer started again at the middle front of the bed.  When that failed, it moved over to the front left.  Oh, and the fan/duct is now bent.

Believe I'll be sending this printer back.  😕

      • S-Line Firmware 8.3.0 was released Nov. 20th on the "Latest" firmware branch.
(Sorry, was out of office when this released)

        This update is for...
        All UltiMaker S series
        New features

Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
