How to fit 1kg filament into S5 Material station

hi!

The slots in Material Station is not wide enough for fitting my 1kg roll of PETG-filament.

Any tips on how to get my roll inside Material Station?

Rewind that material onto a compatible spool or buy a material which the spool of it fits into the Material Station?

It's crazy annoying. We run pretty much 90% of our material external to the material station with the door propped open with magnets because the spools don't fit. I have the spools sat on frames with bearings for low friction, helps when printing high elastic TPU as well as it reduces the friction from the station rollers on it.

 

Surely making the station bays adjustable to the width of your spools would be beneficial to the users.

For info, this is how I run almost all my spools as none fit in the material station. Pretty useless to be fair.
