Posted · Cura cant import Material profile. supplier is supported by Ultimaker Marketplace though..

Hy guys

I have an UMS5

I got Polymakers Polyflex TPU95.
Polymaker has Materialprofiles in Cura when downloaded in marketplace. But this misses the TPU materials..
Polymaker provides a TPU Print Profiles on their Website.

However if i download that..  i get a .curaprofile file.  but my cura doesnt want to import that.  ?!? WTF.

any clue why this is?

    I have the same problem but with Polymaker's PolyLite LW-PLA. here is what I am doing:
    1) I go here: https://polymaker.com/download-material/
    2) I click print profiles which downloads a .curaprofile file

    3) I try and open this or search for it in cura but nothing happens

    I have solved my problem by doing this:

    1. open Cura.
    2. key combination CTRL+J or -> Configuration -> Configure Cura... -> Profiles)
    3. import -> select downloaded print profile file* (.curaprofile) -> open.
    4. confirm window with success message -> done.
