Question Ultimaker Cura 5.0 shortcuts not installing

I have tried installing Cura 5.0 on my Dell laptop a couple of times now and it seems to install.  I install some plugins and then I shut it down to restart.  At first I thought it was gone as it was not on the desktop and not in the start menu program list.   It is under program files though so I added the shortcuts myself.   I had no problem with Cura 4.13.

I think this happens if the installation is started from a non-admin user. I have it too.
