Issues in Changing Material in Ultimaker 2+

Posted · Issues in Changing Material in Ultimaker 2+

Hi,
I have an Ultimaker 2+ and its giving very strange issues.
I am unable to Change material in it, it just halts on the screen after the bar is completed. You can see the attached pictures.
I have tried changing heater as well as thermistor but its not working and giving me same issue

I have also updated the firmware but it doesnt work

Kindly guide what can be issue? Is it issue with PCB or some chip ?

        New features
         
        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
