I can't change print core BB to print core AA.

When i press "Change" botton in Configuration tab on screen, Normally Print head will move to center of printer and we have to press comfirm on screen and change the print core.

but now when i started the procedure, print head move close to front door (like cleaning print core) , so i can't open fan bracket and the screen unresponsive for a long time.

so, i tried to on/off the printer a few times but can't fixed it.

Has anyone ever been like this or have any ideas to fix it?

I have seen this, and it is really annoying.

It is using the Print Core Change button, the print head will move all the way to the front of the printer, and off to one side (say the right side if changing print core 2), and the print bed lifts all the way up.

There is no way to open the door on the print head in that configuration.  You can open it enough, and move the print core enough to break contact with the mating board (fool the printer into thinking it was replaced).
