Can't changing print core by Change print core procedure
It is using the Print Core Change button, the print head will move all the way to the front of the printer, and off to one side (say the right side if changing print core 2), and the print bed lifts all the way up.
There is no way to open the door on the print head in that configuration. You can open it enough, and move the print core enough to break contact with the mating board (fool the printer into thinking it was replaced).
