Hi I am new here and have just downloaded the Z offset into Cura 5 but cannot find it, any ideas. thanks

I think you have to go to Settings - Configure Setting Visibility and check off the box for Z-Offset under Build Plate Adhesion

Or use the "Search..." box on top of the custom settings and search for "Z offset".
