Not yet.  It may be too new and a definition/profile has not been submitted to Ultimaker yet.

You can add your own definition.  The instructions are HERE.

If you have the dual extruder model you would also need to load the Printer Settings plugin from the Marketplace and enable "Extruders Share Heater" and "Extruders Share Nozzle".

 

The Wanhao site has a video on how to install using their fork of Cura 4.6.  The Wanhao version will have the definition and extruder files you need to add to 5.1.

    UltiMaker does not actively add 3rd party 3d printers to UltiMaker Cura on its own.
    They are added when someone contributes the configuration to UltiMaker Cura's github.

    The reason it was never added is
    A) Wanhao never bothered to request it added.
    B) A Wanhao D12 user never bothered to submit their profile to be added to UltiMaker Cura on github.
