Profile Options Disabled

Running on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. In both 5.1.0 and 5.2.1, many Profile options are disabled:

 

 

I remember using all 3 options previously in 5.0. I don't understand. Is there something in Preferences that must be change to enable these options?

Those three options (create, update, discard) only make sense after you made changes to the settings. Change a value of a setting, and the options will become available.
